THC NYC Retail

 

THC NYC (The House of Cannabis NYC) was a 4-story multi-sensory experiential museum based around the culture of cannabis. This pioneering establishment featured a 3500 sq/ft of premium retail space located in the heart of SOHO, Manhattan.

As the Head of Retail for this launch I designed and curated over 250 unique products for the store, led the hiring and training process, and managed retail P&L and operations as part of the executive team. Having little knowledge of the cannabis world I was able to successfully forecast the upcoming trends and forge relationships with the most covetable brands and artisans in the country to create a singular retail experience that was elevated and promoted a sense of wonder. The shop featured only lifestyle goods (no actual cannabis) everything from homewares, books, high-end glass smoke ware, as well as wellness and apothecary collections.
